United Foundation in Randwick and surrounding eastern suburbs is seeking a Disability Support Worker for part time and casual roles with guaranteed weekly hours (22.8). You will support NDIS participants with mental health and psychosocial needs in private homes or Vertical Villages, delivering person-centred care.

You will work with families, clinicians and case workers to implement behaviour support plans, promote independence, and ensure safety.
