Joining a supportive and team-oriented team, you'll work alongside a Senior Property Manager and Assistant Property Manager to help deliver exceptional service across a well-managed residential portfolio. This is a 12-month contract making it perfect for an experienced Property Manager looking for better work-life balance while still staying connected to the industry.
Co-manage a residential portfolio
Complete ingoing, outgoing and routine inspections
Manage repairs, maintenance, arrears and lease renewals
Build relationships with landlords and tenants
Assist with NCAT preparation when required

Experience required
Previous experience as a Property Manager
Certificate of Registration or Class 2 license
Current NSW Driver Licence
Sound knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act
Friendly, reliable and customer-focused approach

Perks
$80,000 + super (pro rata)
Work 3 or 4 days per week 9:00am - 5:00pm
No Saturday work
Company car available during work hours
No accounts or new business
