The Role:
Sales team management : Coaching, learning, and supporting your team to achieve store goals and objectives together.
Coordinating room displays : New furniture, suites, and homewares throughout our large showroom.
Coordinating with Head Office : All aftersales services including warranties, POS material and planning correspondence.
Product knowledge :
Continual learning & providing advice on our extensive range of furniture and homewares.
Problem solving : Handling escalated queries and concerns in a way that leaves our customers feeling secure in our service.
You will have
Modern energetic attitude with good experience managing a sales team
Knowledge and understanding of furniture or bulky goods retail
Positive IT and website navigation skills
