The Opportunity
We’re growing and looking for a skilled Electronic Security Service Technician to join our team. If you're passionate about technology, thrive on solving problems, and enjoy working with customers, this is your chance to be part of a agile and supportive environment.

What You’ll Do
Service, maintain & install alarm systems, access control, IP CCTV, and intercoms
Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve escalations
Lead and mentor junior technicians and apprentices
Ensure compliance and maintain high safety standards
Manage site documentation and reporting

What We’re Looking For




Australian Citizenship and willingness to undergo security clearance
QLD Security License, driver’s license, and White Card (or ability to obtain)
EWP License up to 11m
Solid ethics, attention to detail, and communication skills
Experience with platforms like Challenger, Integriti, Gallagher, Milestone, Genetec, Hanwha, Geutebruck and more
Ability to work independently and in a team, including at heights
Solid understanding of electronics, networking, and cabling
