H1 Healthcare is seeking experiencedDisability Support Workers to join our dedicated team supporting a participant inDandenong Vic and surrounding area (Up to 50 kms)

If you're looking forongoing, secure employment ,minimum 2- 8-hour shifts , and the prospect to build a genuine, long-term relationship with one participant, we'd love to hear from you.

About the Role

As a valued member of our support team, you'll play an significant role in assisting the participant to live as independently as possible while promoting choice, dignity, and quality of life.

Your responsibilities may include but not limited to:
Personal care
Supporting daily living activities
Domestic assistance and meal preparation
Community access and appointments
Encouraging independence and achieving individual goals
Building a positive and trusting relationship with the participant

About You

We're looking for someone who is:
Compassionate, patient and reliable




Experienced supporting participants with complex care needs
Confident with personal care, manual handling and medication assistance
A strong communicator who enjoys building meaningful relationships
Passionate about providing high-quality, person-centred support
National Police Check
Current Driver's License and reliable vehicle (preferred)
Working With Children Check
