We're partnering with a large and well-established public sector organisation embarking on a significant enterprise transformation program.
As part of this strategic initiative, an opportunity exists for an experiencedProject Managerto lead the delivery of a major SAP SuccessFactorsHuman Capital Management (HCM) Recruitment & On-boardingproject.
This is a high-profile role delivering a contemporary recruitment and on-boarding solution that will streamline business processes, improve user experience and support a large, complex workforce.
The Role
Reporting into the Program Director, you'll be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of a business-critical SAP SuccessFactors HCM project, overseeing planning, governance, implementation and transition into business-as-usual.
You'll work closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, external vendors and the PMO to ensure successful project outcomes while managing scope, schedule, budget, quality and risk.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end delivery of a large Recruitment & On-boarding transformation project.
Manage project planning, governance, budgeting, scheduling and reporting.
Engage and influence senior business and technology stakeholders.
Lead multidisciplinary project teams and external vendors.
Oversee systems integration,



business readiness and transition to operational support.
Manage project risks, issues, dependencies and financial performance.
Ensure delivery aligns with organisational governance, compliance and quality standards.
Drive continuous improvement and identify opportunities to optimise project outcomes.
About You
To be successful, you'll bring:
Experience implementing Recruitment, On-boarding or SAP SuccessFactors Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions.
Strong understanding of enterprise HR platforms, SAP ECC or integrated HR ecosystems.
Experience managing systems integration, data migration and business process transformation.
Excellent stakeholder engagement and executive communication skills.
Demonstrated vendor and contract management experience.
Solid leadership, negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
Experience managing project financials, governance and benefits realisation.
PRINCE2, PMP or equivalent project management certification is highly regarded.
Advanced Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office skills.
