The firm is steadily growing, and they're looking for someone with3–5 years of experience in public practicewho's ready to deepen their technical expertise and step further into advisory.
About the Role
This role will see you working closely with themanager, Steven, to manage workflow and support a range of clients.
The work is mostly compliance-based but with room for growth into advisory as your skills and confidence develop.
Your day-to-day will include:
Preparing and reviewingBAS, tax returns, and financialsfor companies, trusts, and individuals
Liaising with clients to collect and clarify information
Responding to client queries (depending on your confidence and communication style)
Working with the team to resolve tax issues, Div7A, and general compliance matters
Identifying when to escape questions or outsource complex matters
Time entry and general workflow management

Who They're Looking For
This is a great role for someone who:
Has3–5 years' experiencein public practice
Is comfortable preparingBAS, company/trust returns, and individual tax
UnderstandsDiv7A(you don't need to be an expert—just know what it is)
Takes ownership of their learning and isn't afraid to ask questions
Communicates clearly and professionally with clients and the team

Client contact will vary depending on your communication style and experience—but if you're confident and capable, there's plenty of opportunity to build client relationships.
