With a strong pipeline of civil & residential projects, they are now seeking a Contract Administrator to join their agile team and contribute to the next stage of growth.
You will be working onsite on Brisbane's northside, this particular developer has secured $350million worth of work over the next 5 years.
Opportunity
As the Contract Administrator you will be working closely with the Development Manager and Construction Manager on the brand current estate development in Burpengary.
This will consist of **** homes, 76 hectares of industrial land.
A commercial precinct including: shopping centre, tavern and bulk liquor, childcare centres, medical centres.
Future stages including **** homes, hotels, apartment towers and retail shops.
