This is a client-facing leadership role with real influence, not just delivery.
Key responsibilities
Partner with leading FMCG manufacturers to deliver category and shopper insights that drive growth
Lead senior stakeholder engagement, presenting insights and influencing commercial decisions
Analyse and interpret POS, shopper panel and loyalty data to generate actionable recommendations
Deliver category strategy, shopper behaviour insights and retail performance analysis
Identify opportunities to grow client accounts and expand commercial relationships
Lead and develop a team of 3-4 analysts, improving capability and output quality
Ensure all insights are commercially relevant, clearly articulated and actionable.
Key requirements
7/8+ years' experience in FMCG insights,



category analytics or shopper research
Solid experience with POS, scan, panel or loyalty data
Background in agency, consultancy or supplier-side insights environments highly regarded
Proven ability to manage and influence senior stakeholders
Strong commercial acumen and ability to link insights to business growth
Experience leading or mentoring teams
Excellent communication and data storytelling skills.
