You will provide compassionate, client-centred support for young people aged *****, helping them to engage with services and achieve positive outcomes within a throughcare framework.
Working within both custody and community settings, you will deliver individual and group programs, document case notes, and advocate across systems while collaborating with families and partners to promote wellbeing and stability.
