We are currently working with a major infrastructure organisation seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to support the delivery of significant projects within a large-scale construction and engineering environment.

This opportunity would suit a commercially minded qualified who enjoys operating at the interface between project delivery, procurement, contract management and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities
Managing commercial and contractual matters across major projects
Leading contract administration activities, including variations, claims and dispute avoidance
Providing commercial guidance to project and operational stakeholders
Supporting procurement and supplier engagement activities
Identifying, managing and mitigating commercial risks
Assisting with negotiations and contract strategy
Contributing to project performance and delivery outcomes

Ideal Experience
Experience as a Commercial Manager,



Senior Contracts Manager or similar
Strong background in infrastructure, construction, engineering or major projects
Knowledge of contract administration and commercial risk management
Ability to engage effectively with both operational and executive stakeholders
Robust commercial acumen and problem-solving skills
