Sante Recruitment is seeking Emergency Medicine Registrars and Career Medical Officers (CMOs) to join a well-supported regional Emergency Department in the beautiful coastal city of Hervey Bay, Queensland.

The Opportunity Join a multidisciplinary Emergency Department team delivering high-quality care to a diverse regional population.
You will:
Assess and manage adult and paediatric emergency presentations
Gain exposure to a broad mix of medical, surgical, trauma and urgent care cases
Work closely with experienced senior clinicians and nursing staff
Participate in clinical handover, education and quality improvement activities
Develop procedural and decision-making skills in a supportive environment
Contribute to a positive team culture focused on patient-centred care
This role is ideal for doctors seeking further Emergency Medicine experience, regional exposure, or a pathway toward future ACEM training opportunities.

Recent Emergency Medicine experience
Current AHPRA registration, or eligibility for registration
Provisional or General Registration is desirable
