About the role
Reporting to the Head of Product Development Kitchen, this role will be responsible for test kitchen output in support of our New Product Development business unit.
As the Development Kitchen Specialist – Coffee, you will assist in setting testing goals for new and sustaining products, evaluating test outcomes, collaborating with global test kitchen teams, ensuring appliance testing is conducted in line with product development standards, and creating written and visual reports.
This is an opportunity to join a world-class coffee team, working alongside highly credentialed coffee scientists and internationally recognised coffee champions to help shape the next generation of coffee products and experiences.
This is a 12-month Contractor role based in Alexandria, Sydney.
This will be part-time (2 days a week).
This candidate will need to hold ACN and insurances.
Key responsibilities include:
Product and performance testing and reporting
Support product teams in their consumer testing and insight initiatives
Develop testing requirements with key project stakeholders
Be the expert on Coffee trends and authorities in the coffee arena, providing insights on how to best leverage them in pursuit of customer growth
Continuous identification of opportunities to improve processes
We're Interested in Hearing from People Who Have:
Contractors only (Hold ACN and Insurances)
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
Passion for products and coffee
Excellent knowledge of the coffee arena
Strong organisational skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritize workloads
Proficient in Microsoft Office packages: Word, Excel, and Outlook
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Ability to work with cross-functional teams
High level of attention to detail
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and rapidly changing workplace
