Supervisor Carpenter – Renovation Projects

We’re looking for an experienced Supervisor Carpenter to run renovation jobs across South East Queensland. This is a hands-on supervisory role, overseeing crews and ensuring jobs are completed to a high standard, on time and on budget.

Key Responsibilities
Run and supervise renovation jobs from start to finish
Complete take-offs and material estimates
Coordinate and supervise site crews and subcontractors
Liaise with clients, designers/architects, and office staff to keep jobs on track
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
Manage job scheduling and troubleshoot issues on site
Maintain quality control across all stages of the renovation

About You
Trade-qualified Carpenter with relevant supervisory experience
Experience running residential renovation projects highly regarded




Solid leadership and communication skills
Ability to read plans and complete accurate take-offs
Current driver’s licence and white card
Own reliable transport
