To thrive in this role, you will have:
Minimum of 24 months acute experience in Mental health
Demonstrated competency in mental state & risk assessment and the ability to prioritize workload.
Previous CATT/EMH employment highly sought after
Current registration with APHRA
Ability to work as a leading member of the multi-disciplinary team.
Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work autonomously and function optimally within a multi-disciplinary team
Clinicians require a strong clinical judgment, adaptability, and resilience.
Be passionate about early intervention and recovery-oriented care.
Professionals who value autonomy, teamwork, and real-world impact.
Clinicians must be comfortable with uncertainty and have the ability around quick decision-making.
Deliver timely, person-cantered interventions that can prevent hospitalization.
