As we continue to grow and welcome new clients, we are seeking compassionate and reliable Support Workers to join our team.
About the Role
Our Support Workers play a vital role in supporting clients to maintain their independence, wellbeing and quality of life.
Duties may include:
Personal care
Domestic assistance
Transport to appointments and community activities
Social support and companionship
Assistance with daily living activities




Some roles may involve supporting clients with complex or high-needs requirements.
Comprehensive training and ongoing support will be provided.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
A caring, reliable and compassionate approach
A genuine passion for supporting people living with disability and older Australians
A Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability, Ageing or equivalent)
Previous experience in disability or aged care (preferred)
A smartphone compatible with company systems and applications
A current NDIS Worker Screening Check and/or Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
A current National Police Check (issued within the last six months)
A current First Aid Certificate
A valid driver's license
Access to a reliable, registered and insured vehicle
You will support clients with complex needs.
Relevant experience is required, and we offer comprehensive training to further develop your skills and confidence.
