We're partnering with a leading global, technology-driven organisation looking for an experiencedPeople Data Analystto join their APAC People Data team.
This is a hands‐on role sitting at the intersection ofPeople, data and business decision-making, where you'll work closely with stakeholders across HR and Talent to turn complex workforce data into clear, actionable insights.
You'll take ownership across reporting and analytics, support key People processes and projects, and help continue to improve the way workforce data is used across the region.
The opportunity would suit someone who enjoys combining strong technical capability with stakeholder engagement and is comfortable operating independently in a fast‐paced, data‐driven environment.
Key responsibilities include:
Developing and enhancing People dashboards, reporting suites and self‐service analytics tools
Delivering workforce analysis to identify trends, patterns and actionable insights
Supporting key HR cycles including planning, performance, engagement and reward
Partnering with People and Talent stakeholders across APAC on reporting and analytics requirements
Supporting broader People projects and initiatives from a data perspective
Contributing to data governance, metric standardisation and reporting consistency
Improving reporting processes and workflows to increase efficiency and scalability
Collaborating with global People Data teams on shared standards and initiatives
Leveraging AI and automation tools to streamline analysis and repetitive processes
About you:
5–8 years' experience in People Analytics, Recruitment Analytics or Workforce Analytics
Strong SQL capability and hands‐on Workday experience
Experience with Tableau or similar BI/visualisation tools
Exposure to Python and Databricks highly regarded
Experience leveraging AI or automation tools within analytics workflows
Strong analytical thinking with the ability to translate complex data into clear business recommendations
Good understanding of data governance, accuracy and integrity
Confident partnering with senior stakeholders across different functions
Comfortable managing your own workload and operating independently in a fast‐moving environment
