We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Manager to lead our busy dessert trailer operation.

Position

Pay: $40-$42 per hour (depending on experience)

Start: Immediate

Working Hours

Our trading hours are 6:00 PM - 12:00 AM .

The successful applicant will be required to:

Start at 5:00 PM to prepare for service (including food preparation such as strawberries and other ingredients).

Finish around 1:00 AM after completing cleaning and closing duties.

Responsibilities

Manage the day-to-day operation of the dessert trailer.

Supervise and lead staff during each shift.

Assist the team during busy service periods by serving customers and preparing orders.

Complete stocktakes and monitor inventory levels.

Ensure food safety, cleanliness,



and presentation standards are maintained.

Open and close the business each shift.

Requirements

Previous hospitality management or supervisor experience is essential.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Ability to work in a quick-paced workplace.

Reliable, punctual, and able to lead by example.

Experience with stock control and cash handling is highly regarded.
