About the Role
The Agile Delivery Leadis responsible forthe end-to-end delivery ofinitiatives and projects withinAutomic'sproduct and technology pipeline, working with cross-functional teams using agile methods.
This role enables high-performing teams, ensures predictable delivery, and drives continuous improvement acrosspeople, process, technology, security, and operational outcomes.
It also supports the adoption of AI-enabled practices to enhance productivity, reporting, and decision-making.
The successful candidate is a strong facilitator and servant leader who balances delivery execution, stakeholder expectations, and team effectiveness in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilitiesinclude:
Lead end-to-end delivery of initiatives acrossAutomic'sproduct pipeline using agile frameworks and cross-functional teams.
Facilitate planning activities including scoping, estimation, prioritisation, dependency management, and capacity planning.
Manage delivery execution across timelines, scope, risks, issues, blockers, and stakeholder communication while protecting sprint integrity and team capacity.
Build high-performing teams by fostering accountability, transparency, ownership, and continuous improvement.
Design, implement, and continuously improve delivery processes, governance, metrics, and reporting practices.
Promote AI-enabled tools and automation to improve delivery efficiency, forecasting, reporting, and operational effectiveness.
About you!
To be successful in this role, you will have:
8–10 years' experience in Agile Delivery, Delivery Lead, or similar roles.
Proven experience delivering in agile environments using timeboxed sprints across multiple teams.
Proficient in Jira and Confluence.
Familiarity with PM/PMO governance frameworks.
Scrum Master or relevant agile certification (preferred).
Financial services experience (desirable, not essential).
