Role Overview
We are seeking an experiencedSenior Backend Developerwith robust expertise in buildingscalable, cloud-native, and microservices-based applications.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in backend development using Java and modern frameworks, along with exposure to distributed systems, event-driven architectures, and cloud platforms.
You will play a key role in designing, developing, and optimizing backend services for high-performance applications.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintainrobust backend services and APIsusingJava (Spring Boot)
Build and deploymicroservices-based applicationswith a focus on scalability and reliability
Write clean, efficient, and reusable code following best practices
Contribute tosystem design discussionsand assist in defining scalable backend architectures
Developlow-level designs (LLD)and support high-level designs where required
Implementevent-driven and distributed system patternsusing tools like Kafka




Define and consumeRESTful APIs and integration services
Work with cloud platforms, primarilyAWS, to build and deploy applications
Collaborate in implementingCI/CD pipelines and automation processes
Support containerization and orchestration usingKubernetes
FollowDevOps and cloud-native engineering best practices
Performance & Reliability
Build systems that arehighly scalable, low-latency, and resilient
Performperformance tuning, debugging, and optimizationof backend services
Ensure application security, reliability, and fault tolerance
Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement
Work closely withfrontend developers, architects, QA, and DevOps teams
Translate functional and technical requirements intoworking solutions
Participate incode reviews and design discussions
Provide guidance tojunior developersand contribute to team knowledge sharing
Promote best practices incoding, testing, and documentation
Support a culture ofcontinuous improvement and innovation
Required Skills & Experience
8–10+ years of experience inbackend development
