About the Role




We have an exciting chance for a passionate and customer-focusedCasual Sales Assistantto join ourJimmy Choo Collins Street Boutique.
As a brand ambassador, you will create unforgettable luxury shopping experiences while building meaningful relationships with our clientele.
Reporting directly to the Store Manager, you will play a key role in driving sales performance and elevating the customer journey.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional, world‐class customer service
Drive sales performance and contribute to achieving store KPI targets
Build and nurture long‐term client relationships
Grow our client database and drive appointment bookings
Support store operations, including visual merchandising and stock management
Maintain the impeccable presentation and standards expected of a luxury boutique
About You
You are passionate about luxury retail, naturally confident in engaging with customers, and thrive in a sales‐driven environment.
What You'll Bring
Minimum 2 years' experience in retail sales
Strong understanding of retail operations and customer experience
Proven ability to build lasting client relationships and drive repeat business
A positive, energetic, and proactive attitude
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Availability to work approximately 20 hours per week
Flexible availability, including weekends
