Signarama Eltham is seeking aSignage Production All-Rounder - Graphic Design Skillsto join our team in Eltham, VIC.
This is afull-time positionthat combines hands-on production expertise with graphic design capabilities.
In this role, you will be instrumental in delivering high-quality signage solutions from concept through to final installation.
You will work across multiple areas of our production process, ensuring consistency, quality and creativity in every project we undertake.
Key responsibilities
Fabricating and installing various signage types including vinyl graphics, dimensional lettering, illuminated signs and other bespoke solutions
Preparing artwork files for production, ensuring specifications meet technical requirements and quality standards
Operating and maintaining production equipment such as vinyl cutters, printers and installation tools
Producing signage designs using industry-standard graphic design software and translating client briefs into visually compelling solutions
Collaborating with clients to understand project requirements and providing recommendations on design and materials
Quality checking finished products before delivery to ensure they meet company standards and client expectations
Managing project timelines and communicating progress updates to team members and clients
Maintaining a clean, safe and organised work workplace in compliance with health and safety regulations
What we're looking for
Demonstrated experience in signage production, fabrication or installation
Knowledge of vinyl cutting, printing techniques and signage materials
Proven experience in graphic design with proficiency in software such as Flexi, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or equivalent
Strong attention to detail with an ability to work to precise specifications




Excellent colour matching and visual design sensibility
Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to different project requirements
A valid driver's licence and willingness to travel for installation work as required
Physical capability to lift, carry and work on ladders or elevated surfaces safely
Good communication skills and a collaborative approach to teamwork
Certification in relevant health and safety practices would be advantageous
