I'm working with a well-established geotechnical and environmental consultancy that has built an excellent reputation delivering investigation, testing and design services across major infrastructure, transport, building and land development projects throughout NSW.
With a robust pipeline of work and continued growth, they are looking to appoint aSenior Geotechnical EngineerorEngineering Geologistto join their Sydney team.
The Role...
This is asenior positionfocused onproject leadership,technical oversightandclient management.
You'll take ownership of multiple projects, guide technical delivery and mentor junior engineers while working alongside a highly experienced team.
Projects range fromlocal developmentsthrough tolarge-scale transport and infrastructure schemes, providing plenty of variety and long-term career opportunities.
Responsibilities include:
Managing geotechnical projectsfrom proposal through to completion
Reviewing and preparinginterpretive geotechnical reports
Managing project budgets, programmes and resources
Developing fee proposals and supporting tender submissions
Building and maintainingclient relationships
Providingtechnical leadershipandmentoringjunior staff
Working closely with contractors,



clients and project stakeholders
About You...
Degree qualified in Geotechnical Engineering, Civil Engineering or Engineering Geology
Approximately 8-12 years' geotechnical consulting experience
Experience delivering geotechnical investigations, design and construction projects
Strong report writing and project management skills
Commercial awareness and client-facing experience
Working knowledge of AS****, AS****, AS**** and TfNSW R44
Chartered or working towards Chartership
