We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our growing Sydney-based team.
This role will oversee façade projects from early design coordination through to final installation, offering exposure to a range of commercial developments.
Manage façade project scope, timelines, budgets and resources
Oversee subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams throughout all project stages
Liaise with builders, architects, engineers and consultants to resolve technical and in office challenges




Manage procurement of façade materials, ensuring quality, timely delivery and cost control
Coordinate design reviews and ensure alignment with project goals and compliance with specifications
Ensure compliance with all safety, quality and design standards
Maintain effective communication with all stakeholders by providing regular updates and addressing project risks
To be successful in this role, you will have
Minimum of 5 years of experience in façade or construction project management
Strong understanding of the full project management cycle, including design coordination, programming, budgeting, contracts, site management and compliance
Excellent written and verbal communication skills inboth English and Mandarin
