The Opportunity

Role: Fleet Motor Vehicle Administration

Location: Warwick Farm, NSW 2170

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm

Key Responsibilities
Process new motor vehicle insurance claims and accident notifications
Liaise with customers, insurers, repairers, third parties and internal stakeholders to resolve insurance claim enquiries
Coordinate and maintain national vehicle registrations
Arrange and manage CTP Green Slip renewals
Maintain accurate fleet records within our fleet management system
Order, manage and deactivate fuel cards
Reconcile bulk fuel dockets against supplier invoices
Manage toll accounts, including ordering and cancelling toll tags
Allocate driver infringements and maintain accurate records
Maintain the Personal Property Securities Register (PPSR)
Provide general administrative support to the Fleet Department

About You




Minimum 2 years' experience in fleet administration, fleet management, or a similar administration role
Sound knowledge of Australian vehicle registration, insurance processes and road rules
General understanding of Workplace Health & Safety requirements
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Solid attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
Ability to prioritise competing tasks and meet deadlines
Robust communication and relationship-building skills
Proficient computer literacy including MS Office; Word, Excel and Outlook
Certification in Fleet Management or Diploma of Logistics
