We are seeking aSenior Cyber Program Support Officerto join a high-performing Federal Government Department.
The successfulSenior Cyber Program Support Officerwill provide administrative, coordination and reporting support to ensure the effective delivery of cyber security projects, across departments modernisation program.
The successfulSenior Cyber Program Support Officerwill secure aninitial contract until 30 June ****with12 monthextension options, based inCanberra with flexible working arrangements.
TheSenior Cyber Program Support Officerwill be responsible for but not limited to:
Assisting in maintaining project governance, documentation, scheduling, financial tracking, and reporting processes in line with PM&Cs; frameworks and standards.
Providing project and program level support, including organising meetings, maintaining agendas and producing minutes and action items, scheduling, reporting, risk and issue management, and governance compliance.
Contributing to continuous improvement of delivery processes, automation, and operational practices.




Supporting the development of project and/or program artefacts such as plans,RAID logsand project/program status reports.
Adopting change management, release planning, and transition to operations.
TheSenior Cyber Program Support Officerwill have experience in the following:
Demonstrated experience in ICT project support or PMO roles within complex environments.
Strong understanding ofMSP,Agile, and project governance frameworks.
Proven experience usingAzure DevOpstool for project management purposes, such as development of dashboards, backlogs etc.
Excellent stakeholder engagement, documentation, and communication skills.
Experience in supporting cyber delivery projects in Australian Federal Government and undertaking Federal government procurement processes.
