You'll work closely with senior leaders, engage with the local fitness community, and create a world‐class customer experience.
What You'll Do
Drive store performance throughsales targets, KPIs, and team development
Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing, passionate, and energetic team
Manageday-to-day store operations, including inventory, rostering, visual merchandising, and stock replenishment
Connect with the local fitness and active community throughevents, collaborations, and partnerships
Deliver aworld-class customer experiencethat reflects the 2XU brand
