Leading Hand Scaffolder / Edge Protection Installer

Stronghold Hire is seeking an experienced Leading Hand Scaffolder to join our team delivering high-quality edge protection systems across residential and commercial construction projects throughout Sydney.

This is a hands-on role where you'll lead from the front, manage a small installation crew, and play a key part in maintaining the safety, quality, and efficiency standards we're known for.

The Role
Leading and supervising edge protection installation crews
Installing and dismantling temporary edge protection systems
Coordinating daily site activities and allocating tasks
Maintaining safety and compliance on site
Ensuring equipment and materials are accounted for and returned correctly
Liaising with site supervisors, builders, and project managers
Training and mentoring junior installers and scaffolders




Completing site paperwork and pre-start requirements

What We're Looking For
Scaffolding ticket (Basic or Overseas qualified)
Experience leading crews on construction sites
Strong understanding of site safety requirements
Ability to read plans and work independently
Reliable, organised and skilled attitude

Highly Regarded
Working at Heights ticket
Experience with edge protection systems
Tube and Fitting experience
