What You'll Be Doing
Supporting Microsoft AD, Azure, Microsoft 365 and Exchange environments
Troubleshooting desktops,



servers, firewalls and networks
Working across modern cloud platforms including Azure, Entra, Hyper‐V, Citrix and AWS
Opportunities to work alongside senior engineers on project delivery
Collaborating with teammates to keep customer environments secure, stable and performing well
Building trusted relationships with the people you support
What You'll Bring
Strong experience supporting Microsoft environments and end users
Solid understanding of Windows Server, Exchange and cloud technologies
Confidence working across desktops, servers and networking
Experience using ticketing systems and keeping customers informed
Excellent communication, genuine curiosity and a love of solving problems
