You will have full-spectrum carriage of your own files-obtaining client instructions, reviewing medical evidence, legal research, providing technical legal advice, liaising with third parties, briefing counsel and attending court/settlement conferences.
If you desire aHYBRIDrole,scope to practice a bit in another area of personal injury laweg public liability (subject to your experience).

WHO YOU AREWe are interested in hearing from you if you:
are an admitted solicitor in NSW + have minimum 3-20+ YEARS experience in personal injury law including in medical negligence (essential);
have solid legal technical knowledge +drafting & advocacy skills, are client-centric andresults- driven;
