Key Responsibilities
Manage daily retail operations across café, catering collection and canteen service environments
Promote and sell products to customers while driving customer engagement and sales growth
Monitor sales performance, revenue targets and customer service outcomes
Develop and implement operational procedures to improve efficiency and customer experience
Monitor stock levels, ordering and supplier coordination to maintain availability and minimise waste
Ensure presentation, merchandising and food display standards are maintained
Manage customer enquiries, complaints and service recovery processes
Review financial performance,



budgets and operational reporting
Maintain compliance with workplace health and safety and food safety requirements
Coordinate promotional initiatives and local business growth opportunities
Supervise, train and support staff
Prepare staff rosters and coordinate labour allocation to meet operational requirements
Qualifications & Experience
At least a Diploma qualification in a relevant subject plus at least one year of relevant work experience or three years of relevant work experience.
Experience leading teams within fast-paced environments
Strong customer service and stakeholder management skills
Demonstrated experience in stock control, rostering and operational management
Commercial understanding of revenue and cost management
Solid organisational and communication skills
