The role
We're looking for a Junior Project Coordinator or Project Administrator to support an experienced Program Manager across the day-to-day coordination of a large enterprise program.
This role is ideal for someone with around 3-4 years of project experience who enjoys organisation, stakeholder coordination and keeping projects moving.
You'll play a key role in project governance, administration and change activities while gaining exposure to a complex technology environment.
Key responsibilities
Prepare meeting agendas and record meeting minutes
Track actions and follow up with stakeholders to ensure completion
Coordinate project documentation and administration




Raise maintenance window requests and manage approval workflows
Support project governance and reporting activities
Assist with change management coordination across the program
Provide day-to-day support to the Program Manager
Skills and experience
3-4 years' experience as a Project Coordinator, Project Administrator or similar
Robust organisational and administrative skills
Experience supporting project delivery in a corporate or technology environment
Excellent written communication and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through on actions
