The Role
Reporting to theSPE/PE you are a Site Engineer with experience working in a brownfield rail environment.
you'll provide engineering, technical and quality support while coordinating construction activities to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget.
Working closely with project managers, supervisors, subcontractors and clients, you'll play a key role in project planning, quality assurance, construction coordination and technical delivery across a diverse portfolio of upcoming rail projects.

The Role
Reporting to theSPE/PE you are a Site Engineer with experience working in a brownfield rail setting.
you'll provide engineering, technical and quality support while coordinating construction activities to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget.
Working closely with project managers, supervisors, subcontractors and clients, you'll play a key role in project planning, quality assurance, construction coordination and technical delivery across a diverse portfolio of upcoming rail projects.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and administer construction engineering activities to ensure that the project is delivered in accordance with time, budget and quality requirements
Effectively manage and monitor construction performance and progress
Preparation of progress and compliance reporting
Execute a working knowledge of contractual and legislation relevant to the project
Utilise QA/QC software for Lot management and instigate / collect / verify / validate conformance artefacts
Non-conformances (NCR's) are raised & corrected within prescribed timeframes
Requests for information (RFI's) are closed within prescribed timeframes
Prepare accurate and timely narrative monthly reports that contain movements and progress.
About You
Bachelor of Engineering Degree
Minimum of 3 years engineering experience in the civil construction industry (Rail ideal)
Project planning skills
Demonstrable and successful experience in a business/project operations management role gained at a similar level




Demonstrated ability in proactively building relationships with key stakeholders
High levels of verbal and written communication skills and able to communicate with a wide variety of people
Communicates honestly, openly and consistently.
