What your day looks like?
Provideexceptional customer service via phone, email, and in person.
Processcustomer orders, quotes, and inquiries efficiently and accurately.
Develop and maintainstrong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
Supportthe external sales team by preparing quotes, products, and assisting customer accounts.
Assistwith inventory management, including stock control and replenishment.
Who are you?
Demonstrated experience in the customer service and sales industry.
The ability to multitask and priority your workloads
Computerliteracy at an intermediate level
Goodcommunication and written skills
Team player to support other areas when required
Experiencein industrial products such industrial hose and fittings is highlydesirable but not essential
