Éramai is a luxury skincare and LED treatment destination located inside Crown Melbourne.
We specialise in advanced LED facials, premium skincare, and personalised client experiences in a high-end environment.
We're looking for a confident, sales-driven retail professional with experience in luxury beauty, skincare, cosmetics or wellness retail to join our growing team.
The Role
This is not a traditional retail sales position.
You'll combine advanced skincare treatments with luxury retail sales, helping clients achieve outstanding results through both treatments and premium skincare solutions.
You'll work ***** hours per week across 3–5 shifts (mandatory weekends), with responsibilities including:
Performing LED facials and skincare treatments
Conducting personalised skin consultations
Recommending and selling premium skincare products




Upselling treatment packages, memberships and devices
Building strong client relationships
Delivering exceptional customer service
What You'll Need
Proven retail sales experience
Previous experience in luxury beauty, skincare, cosmetics or wellness retail
Confidence recommending and selling premium products and services
A genuine passion for skincare, beauty and client care
Solid communication and customer service skills
Professional presentation and grooming
Availability to work mandatory weekends
Valid Australian working rights
Experience working in luxury retail or consistently achieving sales targets within the beauty or wellness industry will be highly regarded.
What You'll Get
$35–$40/hr casual rate (depending on experience)
Average commissions on top of salary = $1,000+ per week
