Key responsibilities
Deliver engaging and tailored tutoring sessions to primary and secondary students in line with their individual learning needs and curriculum requirements
Assess student progress and identify areas requiring additional support or challenge to maximise learning outcomes
Maintain detailed records of student attendance, progress and any concerns requiring follow-up
Support students in developing confidence, motivation and a positive attitude towards learning
Collaborate with other tutors and college staff to ensure consistency and quality in educational delivery
Adapt teaching methods to suit different learning styles and ensure concepts are clearly understood
