The Role:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers.
A typical day will involve:
Present and sell company products and services to current and potential clients.
Processing quotations and orders for customers
Present and sell company products and services to current and potential clients
Providing a professional and friendly relationship with customers
Following up on customer enquiries and quotes




Greeting customers when they enter the store
This role involves a rotating weekend roster.
Skills and Experience:
Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer servicerole
Have a good team work ethic
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multi-task and prioritise workload in a fast-paced environment
Problem solving skills and high level of attention to detail
Interior Design experience is desired but not essential
