Key Responsibilities:
Supporting the Coordinator in leading theday-to-day operationsof a dynamic OSHC service
Designing and deliveringengaging, play-based programsthat reflect children's interests
Providing guidance and support to educators to strengthenconfidence and consistency
Assisting with rostering, administration, and compliance processes
Stepping in asResponsible Person, confidently leading when required
Creating asafe, inclusive, and welcoming environmentfor every child
Building strong, positive relationships with families and the school community

Key Responsibilities:
Supporting the Coordinator in leading theday-to-day operationsof a dynamic OSHC service
Designing and deliveringengaging, play-based programsthat reflect children's interests
Providing guidance and support to educators to strengthenconfidence and consistency
Assisting with rostering, administration, and compliance processes

Building strong, positive relationships with families and the school community
Job Requirements:
AnACECQA-approved school-age qualification, including studies in education, community services, health, therapy, sports, or creative arts.
Current completion (or willingness to complete prior to commencement) of mandatory National Child Training (via Geckko).
Current Working with Children Check (Blue Card), First Aid, CPR, Asthma/Anaphylaxis
Knowledge and understanding of the National Quality Framework, My Time Our Place framework and National Law/Regulations
Experience in the education and care of children.




Effective computer skills including experience with childcare management software (Xplor preferred)
Effective workplace communication and leadership skills
