Feedwell is hiring a Senior Sous Chef / Sous Chef for its high-volume catering operation in Sydney CBD.
You will lead the entire PM shift with 15+ team members across multiple sections, reporting to the Operations Manager as the most senior person on the floor.
You will set quality standards, train team leaders, monitor portions and waste, and drive production efficiency.
You'll contribute to menu input with the PD Manager and maintain energy and pace even on busy days.
