We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our thriving service team!

What You'll Be Doing:
Greet customers warmly and manage the end-to-end service experience
Schedule and confirm service appointments, ensuring efficient daily workflow
Liaise with workshop technicians and monitor job progress
Communicate clearly with customers about services, costs, and additional repair recommendations
Prepare accurate quotes, repair orders, and final invoices
Ensure all documentation is complete and compliant with dealership and manufacturer standards
Maintain a clean and professional service area
Deliver consistent follow-up and maintain strong customer relationships




Support team KPIs and maintain high MSI scores
Who You Are:
Proven background in customer service (automotive experience highly regarded)
Strong customer service skills and a passion for exceeding expectations
High attention to detail and strong administrative accuracy
Outstanding communication and time-management skills
Ability to remain calm under pressure and juggle multiple priorities
Team player with a proactive, positive attitude
Current driver's licence and police check
Prior Experience as a Service Advisor (advantageous but not essential)
