You are an experienced Senior Stylist / Colourist / Hairdresser in Melbourne who:
Has strong technical mastery in cutting, colouring, and finishing (including balayage, blonde work, and colour correction)
Is confident delivering high-end, luxury guest experiences
Values consistency, discipline, and attention to detail
Works with professionalism, maturity, and respect
Thrives in a calm, structured, high-performing environment
Takes ownership of their column and long-term growth
Is committed to education and continuous refinement
