Your new role
As part of our broader training team and reporting into our Retail Training Team Leader, you will be responsible for the delivery of Franchise Partner training, in addition to assisting with the continued growth and development of our existing Franchise Partners network.
With an aim of delivering best quality Franchise Partners who are fully competent in operating a Soul Origin franchise outlet.
Tasks and responsibilities
Train current Franchise Partners on FOH, Supervisor and Management operations, including customer service, running a shift and managing the store.
Manage new store openings and ownership transfers by working alongside the Franchise Partner, BOH trainers, coffee team and operations to lead the store and train FOH team members.
Work closely with BOH trainers, coffee team, operations team and relevant Support Centre team to create the new Franchise Partner training plan.
Facilitate induction days and management workshops with new Franchise Partners.
Work with the operations & training team to certify training stores and provide training to the team members in training stores.
Support the network by delivering workshops and providing shoulder-to-shoulder training to team members and Franchise Partners when requested by the operations team.
Provide feedback to the Franchise Training Team Lead and National Training Manager to ensure FOH,



Supervisor and Management training materials remain current and effective.
Assist with New Product Development (NPD) initiatives as required.
Assist with special events or meetings as directed by the Franchise Training Team Lead, as required.
Qualifications & experience
To be considered for this role you will be passionate about creating and delivering best in class training in addition to:
The ability to travel interstate regularly, as required
An unrestricted driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
Experience in delivering training on the job or in past roles
Experience gained from within a retail, food service or franchising environment
Exceptional time management and stakeholder management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Self-motivated with exceptional leadership and management skills
A positive and proactive attitude
Tertiary education in adult learning or training and assessment will be highly regarded but not essential
Prior coffee experience would be highly regarded but not essential
Competitive Salary package (in addition to an annual salary review) including a Motor Vehicle Allowance.
This role is also eligible for an additional Travel Allowance
The ability to travel interstate and build trusting relationships with our Franchise Partners
