The Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Mergers & Acquisitions lawyer to join a leading Australian Corporate Law Firm on a secondment through LOD.
This role will see you advising on mergers & acquisitions, corporate restructures, joint ventures and shareholder agreements.




The position offers exposure to a wide variety of high-value matters, and we are looking for an experienced M&A; lawyer who can start as soon as possible.
Key Requirements
At least 5+ years PQE in mergers and acquisitions at a top-tier, mid-tier, or leading boutique firm or in an in-house environment.
Strong technical expertise in corporate transactions, deal structuring, and regulatory compliance.
Commercial mindset with the ability to work closely with founders, investors, and internal stakeholders to achieve strategic outcomes.
