Technically strong Systems Engineer / Technical Analyst required to own and evolve a modern SaaS ecosystem that powers thousands of users across the business.
This is a hands-on role where you'll combine platform administration, automation and stakeholder engagement to improve the way people work every day.
What you'll be doing:
Administering and optimising enterprise SaaS platforms including Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, Lucid, Miro and related tools.
Driving automation through scripting, APIs and workflow improvements.
Owning platform governance, user access, security and best practice.
Acting as an L3 escalation point for complex technical issues.
Supporting software rollouts, integrations and organisational change initiatives.
Working closely with Product, Engineering and business stakeholders to continuously improve internal technology services.
What we're looking for:
Experience supporting enterprise SaaS and workplace technology platforms.
Solid scripting,
automation or API integration skills.
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication.
A passion for process improvement and solving complex technical problems.
Experience working within large enterprise environments.
A proactive mindset with an interest in AI and modern workplace technologies.
