As a Counter Manager at L'Oréal, you'll have the opportunity to lead a passionate team, represent iconic luxury brands, and drive performance in a dynamic retail environment.
About the role:
Lead and inspire the counter teamto achieve and exceed sales, service, and productivity targets across all L'Oréal Luxe fragrance brands
Deliver exceptional client experiencesthrough tailored fragrance consultations and elevated service standards
Build and maintain a loyal client base, using strong clienteling and follow-up strategies
Coach, develop, and motivate team membersthrough ongoing training, feedback, and performance support
Manage daily counter operations, including rosters, reporting, inventory control, and visual merchandising
Ensure the counter reflects the luxury imageof L'Oréal Luxe brands through impeccable presentation and hygiene standards
Collaborate with store and brand teamsto execute in-store events, activations, and marketing campaigns
Oversee stock managementto ensure optimal availability of key launches and core products
