We are seeking an experienced and dynamicGeneral Managerto lead our growing family-owned business group in the Dubbo region.
This is a key leadership position responsible for overseeing our expanding operations across retail, promotions, agriculture, and tourism.
We have ambitious growth plans for the future and are seeking a strong leader who will guide our core businesses through the next exciting stage.
About Our Group
Three Totally Workwear storesDubbo, Tamworth & Gunnedah (embroidery, heat transfers, screen printing & apparel + Safety)
Rhino Promotions(promotional products)
Activeworking cattle farm (No experience necessary, management of staff only)
New agritourism venture(guest accommodation and farm experiences)
Key Responsibilities
Provide overall strategic and operational leadership across all businesses
Manage, mentor and develop a team of25+ staffacross multiple locations
Drive sales, profitability, and business growth
Oversee day-to-day operations, inventory, marketing, and customer service standards
Ensure compliance with retail, employment.
Assist with the expansion of the Totally Workwear sector of our business as we expand into new areas.




Build and maintain robust customer and supplier relationships
Manage budgets, financial performance, and reporting
Implement systems and processes to support continued expansion
Essential Requirements
Proven experience as a General Manager, Operations Manager, or similar senior leadership role
Minimum 2-3 years' experience managing 25+ staff across multiple sites (essential)
Strong customer service and relationship management experience (essential)
Demonstrated success in retail, trade, hospitality, or agribusiness
Solid financial and commercial acumen
Excellent leadership, communication, and people management skills
Full Australian driver's licence
Experience in rural or regional business operations highly regarded
