We're looking for an energetic, customer-focused team member who enjoys responsibility, takes pride in delivering exceptional service and is ready to grow into a leadership role.
About the Role
This is far more than a standard retail position.
Working alongside the Store Manager, you'll be involved in all aspects of running a successful store while helping to create an outstanding experience for both retail and business customers.
You'll learn the workwear, safety and uniform industry from the ground up and play an key role in the growth of our Braybrook business.
This casual position includes weekend work and offers a clear pathway into future leadership opportunities.
What You'll Be Doing
Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming store environment
Assist customers with product selection and solution-based recommendations
Support the Store Manager in achieving sales and operational targets
Build strong relationships with local businesses and repeat customers
Process orders,



quotes and customer enquiries
Assist with merchandising, stock management and store presentation
Contribute to warehouse, administration and other day-to-day operational activities
Lead by example and help create a positive team culture

Previous retail or customer service experience is highly regarded, but not essential.
More important than experience is finding someone with the right attitude, energy and willingness to learn.
