Performance Marketing Expert – Part-Time

1 Day per Week | Flexible/Hybrid

ParagonIT is seeking an experienced Performance Marketing Expert to manage and improve our digital marketing campaigns on a part time basis.

This role is ideal for a results-driven marketing qualified who can plan, execute, analyse, and optimise campaigns that generate qualified leads and measurable business growth.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, and other relevant platforms.
Develop lead-generation campaigns for ParagonIT’s managed IT, cybersecurity, cloud, automation, and AI services.
Conduct keyword, audience, competitor, and market research.
Create and test campaign messaging, advertisements, landing pages, and calls to action.
Monitor campaign performance, conversion rates, cost per lead, and return on advertising spend.
Optimise campaigns to improve lead quality and reduce acquisition costs.
Implement and maintain conversion tracking through Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and advertising platforms.
Provide a clear monthly performance report with results and recommendations.




Work with management to develop practical marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.

About You
Demonstrated experience managing successful B2B performance marketing campaigns.
Solid knowledge of Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager.
Experience generating leads for technology, qualified services, SaaS, or B2B organisations.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to make decisions based on campaign data.
Experience with landing-page optimisation and conversion-rate optimisation.
Excellent written communication and advertising copywriting skills.
Able to work independently and take ownership of campaign performance.
