About The Role
We have an opportunity for aExperienced Strata Manager or a Trainee Strata Manager to join our team.
We are after an individual who has a passion to succeed, is willing to learn and has a customer service focus.




The position will be based out of our Menai office, located in the SutherlandShire.
To be successful in this position, you must have a can-do attitude, high work ethic, customer service focused and a mature outlook.
Key Duties Include
Managing a portfolio of clients
Liaisewith owners, committee members and agents
Reviewing financials
Coordinating repairs and maintenance
Be able to multi-task
Being a Team player
Preparing meeting notices and agendas
Attending meetings as required
Providing exceptional customer service and a high level of communication
High work ethic
