About the role:
Drafting, reviewing and negotiating construction contracts and consultant agreements
Advising onprocurement strategies, tender processesand project delivery models
Preparing tender documentation, contract suites and other project-related agreements




Supportingmajor private and public sector constructionand development projects
Providing strategic advice throughout the project lifecycle and assisting clients to resolve issues as they arise
Working directly with developers, government clients, consultants, contractors and other key stakeholders
The ideal candidate:
Associate to Senior Associate with at least 4 years' PQEand experience in front-end construction
Strong drafting and contract negotiation skills
Exposure to major projects, infrastructure, development or property-related construction matters
A practical and commercially focuses approached to problem-solving
A cooperative, down-to-earth approach and genuine interest in construction and infrastructure projects
